- 8 medium whole mushrooms
- 2 avocados
- handful of sprouts
- carrot pulp (from a juiced carrot) or shaved or diced carrot
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 medium tomato diced
- lime juice
- hot sauce
- salt (this is a must for this recipe)
- Take the stems out of the mushrooms and set aside.
- Combine everything into a guacamole type mixture.
- Fill each mushroom with mixture.
- Serve and enjoy.
