Raw Peach Pie

Crust Ingredients
  1. 1 ¾ cup almonds
  2. 1 tsp cinnamon
  3. Pinch sea salt
  4. Pinch nutmeg
  5. 4 dates, pitted
  6. 2 TBSP honey
  7. 1-2 TBSP coconut oil, melted
Filling Ingredients
  1. 4 peaches, pitted and sliced
  2. 1 tsp cinnamon
  3. Pinch nutmeg
  4. Pinch sea salt
  5. 1 TBSP coconut flakes
  6. 4 dates, pitted
  7. 1 TBSP honey
Instructions
  1. Chop the almonds in a food processor until they are fine.
  2. Add the remaining crust ingredients to the processor and process until well-blended.
  3. Press the crust ingredients into a pie pan.
  4. Place 2 of the peaches into the food processor and process until finely chopped.
  5. Add the rest of the filling ingredients except the last 2 peaches to the processor and process until combined.
  6. Mix in the remained 2 peaches by hand and pour into the pie pan.
