Raw Peach Pie

Crust Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch nutmeg
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1-2 TBSP coconut oil, melted
Filling Ingredients
- 4 peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 TBSP coconut flakes
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 TBSP honey
Instructions
- Chop the almonds in a food processor until they are fine.
- Add the remaining crust ingredients to the processor and process until well-blended.
- Press the crust ingredients into a pie pan.
- Place 2 of the peaches into the food processor and process until finely chopped.
- Add the rest of the filling ingredients except the last 2 peaches to the processor and process until combined.
- Mix in the remained 2 peaches by hand and pour into the pie pan.
