Noodles and base
  1. 2 zucchini, cut into “pasta” with a spiral slicer
  2. ½ cup salad greens
  3. ½ cup basil cut into thin strips
Sauce
  1. 2 T. almond butter
  2. 1/3 cup coconut oil
  3. 1 T. Braggs Amino Acids (or soy sauce)
  4. 1 t. coriander
  5. ½ jalapeno
  6. 2 t. lemon juice
  7. 1/3 cup water
Instructions
  1. Spiral cut the zucchini and separate “pasta” pieces then toss in a bowl with salad greens.
  2. Blend all sauce ingredients in a food processor and add to the pasta and greens bowl.
  3. Top with basil strips and serve.
