Base of “salad”
  1. Use as much of each as you like, but have ~4 cups all together
  2. julienned carrots
  3. julienned zucchini
  4. sour kraut
  5. sprouts
  6. shredded red cabbage
Knock-off Dragon Sauce
  1. 1 cup nutritional yeast
  2. 2/3 cup olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup maple syrup
  4. 1/2 cup Braggs Aminos
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/2 cup tahini
  7. 2 clove garlic
  8. You may need more or less dragon sauce for the “salad” depending on how much you use each serving
Instructions
  1. Blend the Dragon Sauce together and store in separate dish.
  2. Mix a bowl of the “salad”, and top with the Dragon Sauce.
