Pecan Crusted Tilapia

  1. 1 lb Tilapia (approx 2-3 filets)
  2. ΒΌ cup pecans-finely chopped in a food processor or by hand
  3. 2 T. coconut oil
  4. Salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and cayenne to taste or we use Magic Seafood Seasoning (Kroger for $3)
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Put filets in a glass baking dish and brush on coconut oil, sprinkle seasonings and top with pecans
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is flaky
  4. Serve with a big salad, broccoli or other delicious green vegetable.
