  1. 2 bananas, smashed
  2. 1/3 cup coconut flour
  3. 3/4 cup almond butter
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/3 cup raw walnuts, chopped
  6. 1 apple, finely disced
  7. 1/3 cup coconut milk
  8. 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  1. Preheat over to 350ºF.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the bananas.
  3. Add the coconut flour, almond butter, and baking soda, and mix well.
  4. Using a handheld chopper of food processor, chop the walnuts and apple very finely.
  5. Add the walnuts, apples, coconut milk, and cinnamon, and mix well.
  6. Spoon heaping tablespoons of the cookie mix onto the parchment 
paper, placing an inch or two apart.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Makes approximately 20 cookies.
