Ingredients
  1. 2 large mangos, peeled and destined
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 cup cold water
  4. 1-2 chili or jalapeno peppers (evaluate for spice level)
  5. Juice from 2 limes
  6. 1 t. ginger
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
