NEW - Squash Soup (quicker and easier)
Ingredients:1 c chopped onion
2-3lb squash
peeled/chopped
4-6 c chicken broth
1 apple peeled/cored
1-2 cans coconut milk
Cook everything except coconut milk together in a stock pot until tender. Mash with potato masher to leave bulk in texture. Add 1-2 cans coconut milk and cayenne to taste.
