Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

2 cups black beans

2 cups kidney beans

½ onion diced

1 small cucumber diced

1 t. garlic minced

2 T. fresh parsley minced

½ jalapeno (or banana peppers for less spicy)

4 T. Olive oil

Salt and other seasoning to taste.

Instructions

Mix all together and serve.  Keep refrigerated.  Great as a snack as well.
