Baked Kale Chips

What a great way to get nutrition while feeling like you’re snacking on chips. Kids love these!

Ingredients

1 bunch Kale

2 T. olive oil

Any or all of these: seasoning-salt, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, red pepper etc.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Peel kale away from hard stem into 2 inch pieces and arrange on a cookie sheet

In a small dish combine seasoning with olive oil

Drizzle or brush on mixture to the leaves

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are brown but not burnt
