Ingredients
  1. 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  2. 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  3. ½ onion, diced
  4. 1 small cucumber, diced
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  6. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  7. ½ jalapeno or banana pepper (for a less spicy taste)
  8. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  9. Sea salt and any other preferred seasonings to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss the beans and all vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, mix well until thoroughly coated.
