Bean Free Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 C diced zucchini (Peel if you like)
- 2-3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp of Sea Salt
- 2-3 peeled cloves of Garlic minced
- 1/4 C of Tahini
- 2 tsp of Ground Cumin
- You can add roasted red peppers, hot peppers or any other veggie’s to add flavoring
Instructions
- Simply throw all of the ingredients into a mini food chopper, and blend until smooth and creamy! Adjust seasonings, to taste, and serve chilled with your favorite veggies. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
