Bean Free Hummus

  1. 1 C diced zucchini (Peel if you like)
  2. 2-3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  3. ½ tsp of Sea Salt
  4. 2-3 peeled cloves of Garlic minced
  5. 1/4 C of Tahini
  6. 2 tsp of Ground Cumin
  7. You can add roasted red peppers, hot peppers or any other veggie’s to add flavoring
  1. Simply throw all of the ingredients into a mini food chopper, and blend until smooth and creamy! Adjust seasonings, to taste, and serve chilled with your favorite veggies.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
