Baked Kale Chips

- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Any seasonings you enjoy: sea salt, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes etc. Get creative!
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Peel kale away from hard stems into 2 inch pieces and arrange on a cookie sheet.
- In a small dish, combine the seasonings with olive oil.
- Drizzle or brush the mixture onto the kale leaves.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
