Baked Kale Chips

  1. 1 bunch kale
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. Any seasonings you enjoy: sea salt, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes etc. Get creative!
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel kale away from hard stems into 2 inch pieces and arrange on a cookie sheet.
  3. In a small dish, combine the seasonings with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle or brush the mixture onto the kale leaves.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
