Ingredients
  1. 10-12 medium-large apples, cored and diced, peeled if preferred
  2. 2 cups almond flour
  3. 1 TBSP cinnamon
  4. 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
  5. 1 1⁄2 cup coconut sugar (Madhave Organic Blonde is a great
  6. option*)
  7. 1⁄2 cup coconut oil, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
  3. Slowly add coconut oil, stirring to look crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  5. Add apples.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the mixture on top of the apples.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until apples are tender.
